Since I live in TX I've seen some H3's still in good shape with 150K or more. It really depends on how the H3 was maintained. I bought my 08 Alpha site unseen for 18K (zero after I handed them the keys to my F150 FX4), and it was in great condition with 109K on it. It had new brake pads/rotors, new BFG A/T's, and besides a few scratches here n there it was as close as to new as you can get. Since owning it the only thing I've had to replace were the plugs, wires, and power steering pump (which the pump wasn't INOP, but the seal between the jug/pump was leaking so I replaced the entire unit), and I replaced the lower diff crossmember with a Scorpworks unit (every used H3 I've looked at = that lower diff crossmember bushing is TOAST). I just ordered new upper control arms, lower ball joints, and two CV's as I'll need to change the uppers soon since both boots are torn and the joints are probably close to being dried up. I don't really need the lower ball joints or CV's just yet, but I'd rather do all the work at once.
I'm sure the lower diff crossmember bushing will need to be replaced. Also in the pics I don't see a rear diff lock switch so unless it's an aftermarket locker I don't think that H3 has the Adventure Package.
I'd honestly trade my Jeep LJ in for another clean 07/08/09 Hummer H3/H3T, but after I got the deal of century on my Alpha all the ones in my area have been run hard and not very well maintained.... I test drove an 07 H3 on Friday (vs sitting in 1.5HR traffic) and it was HORRIBLE and they wanted 22K for it. Yes it had GPS/NAV, and the 18inch OEM bling rims, but it smelled like burnt oil, ran as rough as a tug boat, shifted horrible, had basically no brake pedal pressure, and it had been towed behind an RV and then setup to tow a trailer behind it while being towed behind the RV... IMHO it was maybe worth 14-15K, but no way was it worth 22K. I was very lucky with my Alpha especially since I hadn't driven it or even looked at it before I bought it! I test drove it, and then drove it 5.5HR home and I didn't want to stop driving it once I got home lol.
Good luck on getting an H3, but start by looking under it, and working your way up IMHO. I'd rather have a mechanically sound rig, vs a cosmetically perfect rig any day!
