I am about to pull the trigger on an H3T but I am having serious commitment anxiety about the color.

I am a slantback lover and need to see pics of your rigs with the snugtop to help me make up my mind. Preferrably lifted w/35s.

Currently between white, silver, or maroon (forget the official name). Show me what you got!

Sorry for the small pictures. Have a hard time uploading to the sight at full size these days. To the left is Hans in the rear slant back (maroon) and me in the front (red). Portager has silver. Hans will probably post a better picture of his.

You won't be unhappy with a slantback. Just a word for the wise: Make sure if you get a 3T with the slantback, you get the backup camera as well. You'll really appreciate having it. (I know I do.) Some of the convex blind-spot mirrors are worth their weight in gold as well.

Hope these help...

Just a few poser shots after the lift was installed...keep in mind these are 33" tires.

Few years back before I saw one of these on a H3, I was thinking of trying to fab one up for my Sport Trac.. I think they look sweet on the 3T....

Actually, mine is Graphite Metallic. I wanted Sedona Red, but the off road package (front locker, AKA Adventure package) was more important than color and I would have had to go to Transylvania to get the color I wanted and the front locker.

Here are some pictures taken at the Calcite mine in Anza Borrego. I'm sitting on Cooper STT 35" (315/75R16) and Hutchinson beablocks and leveled.

Awesome pics!!!!!!!!
I have located a white 2009 with the Z285 package. However, there are front and rear locker buttons on the dash. Is that possible? It has 285 Duelers on it so I assume the paperwork is correct. Low miles and cheap, so it has my interest. In the end I want to crank the bars and add the appropriate shocks/bump stops with 35's. I'm not that smart yet, so I need to ensure I can do that with a Z285 equiped rig and that I will be at the same height as an Adventure equiped truck. Any insight?

After reading some more I think I answered my own question. Seems the 285 tire is an Adventure Package tire. I know you can peice together any option you want really. Is it possible to have a Z285 package with lockers front and rear and 285 tires? If so, what is left to make it an Adventure package? Just shocks?

Do you have pics of the truck? Im not sure what z285 means, are you referring tothe ATP Z-285 flywheel that comes in manual transmissions? there fore it is a manual?
Yes it is possible to have front and rear lockers with the adv package,

OK. Well, from my reading, these rigs are available with the Z285 packsge, which is the official name of the non-Adventure package, then you have the Adventure package. The paperwork says it has the Z285 package, which is the non-Adventure package, but it seems to have all of the visible Adventure package options. I guess that is what's confusing me.

Most dealers dont know what they are talking about when it comes to lableing adv versus non adv. Easiest way to tell is that if it has the rear locker it is an adv package, if it has both rear and front lockers, its still adv package, as long as these buttons are in the stock location on the dash, its an adv package.

No idea. Just what the carfax tells me. Local dealer has it....took it in on trade from the 2nd owner. Carfax says "Accident reported, Vehicle damaged in multiple places. It hit a motor vehicle." This happened in missouri, so probably rear-ended someone in a winter accident and was promptly rearended themselves. I guess the conforting thing is they kept it for another year, through a cross-country move, so they were obviously happy with the vehicle afterwards.

Is there a thread on the Daystars H3T that talks about the mods that are done to it? I figure it has been discussed at length but I can't seem to find anything.
