If you need any photos or measurements let me know, I'd be happy to snag some.
Shhh lol I want/need one of those transfer when mine goes..... current one is on its way out (only lasted 40,000kms! More the other two did).Check out PATC, http://www.transmissioncenter.net/4l60e.htm. This is the route I plan on going if my trans every goes. They sell rebuild kits or built transmissions and according to their website they currently have some new, never installed 4l60e's from 2010 H3 that they have upgraded to their level 3 build.
...and I'll go now to poar a drink to that!
Haha I actually thought the same but I hoping mine will last a long timeShhh lol I want/need one of those transfer when mine goes..... current one is on its way out (only lasted 40,000kms! More the other two did).
37's and a super charger are hard on these trans!

I guess this is payback for the picture Chris has of your Hummer. Hmmm. I am starting to sense a connection here . . . :giggle:
BTW...Last night, I watched the youtube vid of Squeaky doing John Bull in the snow. Love to see the SAS just sitting there spinning and clawing until the puter finds a grip. So cool. I also think the left front hub smashing into the rock (1:03) may have been what caused the spindle bearing carnage you just fixed...
