I don't think it's ABS plastic, from description looks like fiberglass. I don't think u want to have fiberglass flares offloading, but workmanship looks great. Fender flares ~$300 at today's exchange rate.

If you used something like Kevlar weave fabric instead of fiberglass mat you would get some flexibility and possibly more strength depending on how you built it up. You could also use a vinylester resin in the fiberglass cloth that is flexible too. I like the overall execution of the cop car flares. I think they would look better if they went up to the top of the fender instead of half way up. I thought I would like the wide fender style but it looks less integrated and has too many hard edges for me. So is there a group buy going on now?

with the shipping I found that UPS had a 10kg for about 1800 rubles or 22lbs for $50 which isnt that bad but from what I found if its not shipped out of Moscow then it prob will get lost or take a few months to arrive.

I think the fender flare topic is cursed. Despite hoards of us clammering to get our hands on these...this topic tends to repeatedly fizzle and go nowhere. Spy photos from overseas? Emails to Rod Hall to inquire what happened to the GM-concept fender molds? Numerous calls to SmittyBuilt and Bushwacker?...all fell on deaf ears. Then MustangGirl666 magically gets a set and refuses to install or even comment on them...now this guy from Russia. Its like some kind of crazy cover-up conspiracy or something! -LOL

As a guy that has made stuff for H3's for some time now...I think a flare kit would be a hit. It's one of the few part ideas that would actually sell good enough to make money!

Anxiously waiting for a response.

Here is his answer- fender flares are fiberglass but can be made from ABS plastic (vacuum forming). One kit takes 1-2 day to produce. He needs to know what we need: parts and quantity.
