Probably both options. BSHS for BSHS members only and another plaque for all members.

I probably wouldn't be a **** about anyone ordering BSHS, except to remind them it's bad juju to put something on your truck you haven't earned, like putting on a trail sticker for a trail you haven't done.

Badges can be pricey but well worth it if you love it, my TRUST NO ON EDITION badges came out to $600. Anything we go with I know for a fact I want a set!!!

Ok, so now that this thread has turned into a handful of other threads with another product, I'd like to take it back, and return to the initial intent, Grill badges. I've got the contact info for the guy that does the nice ones pictured earlier for NW Overland. I'd like to pursue this idea further, but first I had an idea. Back to just retaining the orange and white hummer logo :

but framing it with a white border with black lettering inside it saying "hummer 4x4 offroad.com" across the top half, and "like nowhere else" across the bottom half.
Who did the initial artwork for this logo? Can we imitate it but swap the H1 for a 2, and a 3 so folks can have their particular model? If we decide on the artwork and those details, I will follow up with the Vendor about having a run done for us.

I agree, I would be interested in going this route, the other thing looks like $h!t to me and you wont ever see it on my rig!

This is more cost, but its worth the added expense!

I guess I should specify that if there's enough interest I'll pursue this venue with the caveat that I'm not artistically inclined so we would need an emblem or emblems designed depending on whether we stick with the above hummer logo, or vote to offer each model of hummer. Should that be the case then we'll need a high res or vectored image of each for me to submit. Then assuming interest is high enough and price according to interest works for folks we can pre-order and I'll submit a batch order to this guy then ship them out individually when I get the order. If this sits well with folks we can proceed, and I'm willing to do the legwork. Being currently unemployed I just can't foot the bill up front and let folks order from me as they wish. I would if I could.

I would have no issue with keeping the H1 image on my truck. It pays homage to father of the Hummer line.

The tricky part with that badge will be based on the size the mill bit to cut around the text in the circle. That is very thin and small text. Unless the emblem is about 4" in diameter, that may be your issue. 3" or so would be cutting it super close.

With that said the tire tread in the "4" might not turn out then as well

As I said in another thread I would prefer swapping out the H1 silhouette with the H2 or 3 depending on our vehicle. Don't get me wrong I love H1's but that's not my vehicle.

I recognize the desire to feature each of the models - I too would like to see my H3 on a badge - but if we're involving the logo design it needs to be consistent with the logo. If the badge, plaque or whatever has a distinct separation between the logo and the vehicle depiction we'll be good like the badge design proposal but the H4O would need to be angled consistent with the logo and the tread pattern needs to match as well.

Definitely agree with alrock - you gotta keep the brand consistent. Last night's logo was a pretty quick, rough setup - there's definitely things to tweak. When the powers that be mull over this and make some decisions on layout, etc, (and if they want to move forward with it) I can get together with the chosen vendor to work out the necessary specs and polish the design. Meanwhile, here's a small tweak to get the H4O portion closer to the original logo design...
