I hear you about the seemingly general anti-gun sentiment, but I refuse to "feed" it by NOT speaking my mind. It *HAS* to be possible to be a gun owner and not feel like one needs to keep it quiet.
Yesterday I bought a Springfield Saint. Now, 10 days and counting..... but: Since I bought it at my local range, I can (and I didn't know this) come there and shoot it while that irritating 10 day waiting period is counting down, I just can't leave with it.
Wow, what an ordeal!
My olld goat (2016 Ram Power Wagon) has oddly decided that it is NOT needing a new cam / valve lifter repair at the moment. Since that one time where it made a terrible noise for minutes after cold start, it's been running very normal, and made no unusual noises.
Went to pick up the new gun today, it sure does seem like it’s very well made. Hope to be able to take it to the range and enjoy it this coming weekend
Bought one today. -Now for the $#@##$!@ 10 day waiting period. IT seemed like a *really* well made firearm. Can’t wait to take it to the range and see what it’ll do
I see that I asked the very same thing a few months ago LOL.
I’m thinking about getting one as an additional daily carry. What kind of sights do your 2 have?
These days I use my iPhone with offline maps from Gaia for navigating. I use an inReach Mini for communicating. HAM or GMRS radios are great for short range comms, but I’ve never experienced them be useful for a real emergency.
