He told me one ton axles front and rear are next

this interests the crap out of me - I'm at a crossroads; relegate the H2 to daily driver / towing duties and build a trail rig or kit out the H2 and run it as a dual purpose. I think IFS would have to go if it's going to be any sort of trail rig around here. I want an insane amount of flex.

Update, frame has been notched. Atlas TC installed, but it is ~5" shorter so mid cross-member will need to be flipped or modified to clear longer rear drive-shaft.

Where was the frame notched?

I assume by the front axle for maximum up travel? If the frame is the first thing the axle hits...
