Yellow Hummers and Colorado

Coming over from UT to Denver yesterday, I saw a YELLOW:
H1 headed west on I-70 about four miles east of Georgetown; then a
H2 somewhere around the intersection to Hwy 6, I believe it was going west on Hwy 6, but that damn intersection had me going in circles, and last
H3 going N on Wadsworth, then turning W onto 285.
Those were the only Hummers I saw on the drive over, and they were all Yellow. Something you don't see very often.

Nope, It wasn't me. I like my yellow because so many folks out here do not have their "head in the game" and yellow seems to catch their eye.

Kind of OT, but a while back I was in line to go on Peterson AFB and a guy was trying to creep up so that I couldn't merge into the one open lane. I asked him if he was in "that much hurry to get to work?" His reply was "I didn't see you." I commented, "You didn't see a Yellow HUMMER in front of you?"

No the real issue was he was a horses' arse.

Doug, I assume that you didn't have any issues going up Floyd Hill on I-70. Let's see some photos of new camper!

Didn't really notice that much trouble towing the trailer up the mountains out of Denver. Being an I5, it basically ran up those hills before in 2nd gear, the same as it did yesterday with the trailer attached. Biggest problem was if you got stuck behind a slower truck, trying to get into the left to pass was more problematic due to the added length and weight added to the rear of the H3.

Only photo I have is from m Droid at the rest area just before Vail.

Yes. Spring over for an additional 4-5 inches of clearance, 14 in. vs. 13 in. tires, dual LP tanks, dual deep cycle batteries.

The storage place office is not open. I'll walk over tomorrow and get them to change the location to the southern facility where there is more space to park the dang thing. Thanks again for the place to park it for a few nights. (Don't think I have to worry about Matt -from across the street- moving into it, the entrance door is very narrow. In fact, my beretta kept catching on it.)
