Pros:
It is a VERY clean truck
Not THAT many miles on it

Cons:
Unsure if it has had the engine replaced, might be running an "at risk" block
ABS. Getting parts for the ABS system seems to have become difficult for some owners
Given the mileage, it would likely need the T-case inspected an possibly rebuilt

Well, yes and no. Keep in mind that many H1's are pretty old. Mine is 18 years. So far, I haven't broken anything from wheeling but I have replaced things that had worn out due to age.
