H3 Transmission breather?

I have a newfound discovery that the guys who did my engine swap did not reconnect after they finished. Breather from the transmission? It's just dangling down and I'm not sure where it goes. I can post pics soon but I don't think it's been smart having it dangling down when I'm romping through mud. Input is much appreciated as always

It depends, there actually is a part of the transmission breather tubing that does just dangle down on the side of the transmission. I have no idea why exactly, but the breather line for the transmission comes out the top, feeds into a upside-down "y" fitting, and then has a line that keeps going up to the very top of the bellhousing, while another line runs down the side to the bottom and just hangs there.

Odds are the one that comes down is what you are seeing.

If that is the case it boggles my mind why they would leave it dangling down but hey Gm boggles my mind a bunch lol I'll snap a pic in a few mins
