Doubtful - it is not a semi-truck!
I was looking into Army Surplus 5-ton 6x6's and I can drive one with my regular license and an air brake endorsement.

Depends on the F650. Some are rated at 26000 lbs or less GVWR, a CDL (commercial driver's license) is not required. If the GVWR is rated at 26001 lbs or greater you need a CDL. And there are some F650s that do have a GVWR up to 30,000 lbs.
I also have never heard of an air brake endorsement for a standard driver's license in the US. I know with a CDL you can get an air brake endorsement, but it is only required if you are driving a vehicle with air brakes.

Those are neat but jacked up like that would be difficult and would require modding the trailer to tow a gooseneck which would be required to tow 26,000.
I can only imagine the length of a receiver hitch required.
Besides how could you go thru the fast food drive thru? lol
I used one to back my roll in trailer in the lake on a steep ramp but it was connected with a strap. They got the weight and power for most anything.
Here, in Arkansas, CDL's are required above 26,000. A lot of contractors found out hauling their backhoes with a 1 ton truck could be over. A few years back the Transportation Department truck cops decided to enforce it.
I produced a video for them, when I was working, for all the drivers to study to get a CDL. I had that part memorized.
They would not pay for me to get a license so I never got one.
When you see the little bit of info required to get a CDL it will make you drive more defensively!!
It's good entertainment to watch the driving and backing portion.
I tow a custom gooseneck with a 3/4 ton with a boosted Cummins for sailboats but have always been under 26,000 or very close.

I have a Class "A"CDL and you guys are right about the 26,000# cut off and from what i know you only get the air brake endorsement option when you apply for Class A, B or C, not auto.... this could be different in all states. Once you apply for any of these you can get a few different endorsements like Double Trailer, hazmat, etc...
weird in Jersey my motorcycle LIC is actual written as an endorsement on the back of my actual License but my Boat LIC is listed on the front like this:

it is also written on the back like this; CLASS - A Combination vehicles with GVWR of 26,0001 lbs or more, provided towed vehicle is 10,001 lbs or more.. Not the clearest to me, i just drive whatever the heel i want!!!! let them figure it all out
