Telemike, seriously, I hope that you are also gong to post that same exact pic on that other forum. My guess is that the people here will take it in stride but some of the members there, will not.

I say, let"s find out. Since you felt OK to post it here, you need to be fair and balanced with us here and post it there. What sayeth you?

Personally I would never display the two together. With out getting into politics I run with this H4O for a reason.

A lot of people don't know what happened, especially the new people here. If you were to post it there, I'm sure you would be crucified or it would be deleted. I'm with Green 1 on this

Mike you did nothing wrong. Just my opinion. I will run Rousch Creek some day just to scare the heck out of a few folks up there.

Matt,
I doubt you will run into any of them anyways for a couple of reasons (1) as a handful of them have sold their HUMMERS and don't wheel anymore (Caddilanches seem to be their SUV of choice these days); and (2) you would be running the purple trails and they do the same old green ones.

Very true on the trails but there is one person up there I want to meet. I am sure he would never want to meet me but the day I meet him will be like i won the lottery. .

I pulled the CHO sticker off....

I was thinking of going up to RC for the CHO April trailride...butnow not sure.

Hopefully, there will be an H4O group event near me to go to

Matt has a very good point there Mike.

Just because there is a bit of bad blood/history between some folks on both forums, do not let yourself be affected.

It is not an “Us or Them” scenario here.

We welcome everyone here at H4O and actually have quite afew members that frequent both sites.

Bottom line, the HUMMER community is small and it is getting more so each passing day.

So, with that having been said…..There is and always will be,a sort of cross-pollination between forums.

As long as the drama stays at a minimum…..everyone is good to go.

Just make some new friends, learn some **** and enjoy your truck.

Mike, there are a lot of great members here that are a part of both forums (as well as many others). Participation in the forums is not a mutually exclusive thing and neither is proudly showing off their badges, stickers, etc. We are happy to have you here as a part of H4O - and just as happy whether you have stickers from other forums on your truck as well.

...that's right Mike, please don't think you did anything wrong. Like others have said, go out and wheel and meet others who share the same interest, whether they are from this forum or not and as others also have said, there are some great members on that forum who may or may not be members of H4O. To this day, I still keep in touch with some of the ,members of that forum on a personal basis because we became good friends. It's always best to assume the best about people and to form your own opinions until they give you a first-hand reason to think otherwise.

Mike, all this talk about stickers (and since it's getting close to Black Sheep Week in Moab) reminded me about this classic video from our very own member Timgco and I hope that it will inspire you to join us in Moab, as this video is required viewing for all Moab Newbs! :)

I can understand some "bad blood history" that happened for what ever reason that I'm not even aware of. But, I'm a newb also and did not had chance to meet allot of you. But I looked at both forums and I do like this one more than the other, but I was at the one RS event and noticed (the last one) and most of the members where from both forums. All of the guys that where just from CHO been very nice to me and I had pleasure to will with everyone.
If there is a problem of advertising of one forum on another and some previous beef with some members, I would say it is all politics. And I would never let politics get in between the new friendships. "Don't judge the book by it's cover, but by it's content". Just don't forget that we all are people and we all are Hummer lovers. I would still go wheeling on the CHO events, in the end it is all about Hummers. Peace to all of you, peace to those who is CHO only, but I still love this forum more then the other.

I post everything on any forum that I am on.. If someone does not like it, too bad so sad... I am not of a political mindset. There are good people on both sides of the fence.. I will and would wheel with guys from any forum as long as they respect the others that they are with. I would not have torn the sticker off.. If you liked it, you should have left it... I am my own man and dont let others tell me who, what, why or where.. But I do love this forum and alot of the people in it.

Mike, the "drama" between some of the forum members was actually between very few of the members and mostly from the other side. We have all moved on. I am on every Hummer forum but that one. Many members here are members of all the other forums. Nothing wrong with that. I think we have a GREAT membership here and I look forward to wheeling with everyone on this forum at some point. I wheel with many groups with the main considerations being that they be responsible wheelers and good people. If they meet those criteria I don't really care where they come from or what they drive. Take advantage of whatever opportunities you have to wheel with other Hummer owners and to learn from them. I think the point a few people were trying to make is that while we have moved on there are a few that haven't, that is all. Hope to see you in Moab or some other trail soon.
