Just curious, Has anybody made or heard of a recovery strap being made with paracord? I'm laid up for the next 5 weeks looking
for something to keep me occupied.
Thanks

Not sure that idea is sound. You'd need at least 20 strands of the good 550-rated cord, preferably 30, and would have to weave it in a manner that it didn't reduce the strength of the cord (including evenly applying tension to all of them). It'd be a lot of time and money to replace a $20-$50 strap.

Laid up how? What movement restrictions? Plenty of projects that can be done in various states of repair.

As abearden said it it would e too comicated as well expensive unless you get the 550 cord rolls for free u'll spend a buttload of money buying 550 cord as well the whole webbing would have to be a nightmare.
