H3 Parts Help!

What is This part,
What is the bolt/pin called that hold the top half upper control arm to the spindle its pin likes style, I need to replace one is broken and the other is rusty

It's called a pinch bolt. I have one at home and will get you the P/N when I get home, however I do not believe it is still available. I have used regular box store bolts, however it seems in my opinion they do not wear as well as OEM. I just replaced them again last month and bought bolts from Fastenal. Not sure if it will make a difference, but worth a try.
