whole story is i ordered 3 parts from them in early April. never got the parts...of course got the debit on my debit card. Tried to call them 4 times, emailed them 4 times, got nothing. Looked the clown up on line, turns out he has gone bankrupt once. lesson learned. What is with all the negativity? did not realize i was on trial here! he is the son of a bitch that stole from me...this guy your cousin or something?

I think they are just asking more questions so they can determine how best to answer you and/or offer advice or help. No one likes to see people get ripped off.

i know how to take care of it...i did. I sued the son of a bitch in court here in Ind. Yeah, I will have a hard time collecting but the judgement i will get against him will follow him around on his credit report.

Justice is justice. Hope you get your dough back somehow. Odds are that you will win a default judgement because I doubt the guy shows up or responds. Best of luck and let us know how it turns out.
