Well... Today I gave notice and Friday the 7th of March will be my last day.
It's odd... I haven't switched companies like this in almost 12 years so I had pretty much forgotten what it's like. The hard part is always saying goodbye to the folks who's been around a long time and who have become friends. The good news is I will keep in touch with them outside of work.
March 10th will be my first day at the new company and I'm *really* looking forward to it. So far, this does not seem to have much chance of getting in the way of the upcoming Moab trip. My new boss is an avid outdoors person an dI actually met him on one of the very first off road trips back in 2008 when I had gotten my H3 Alpha.
