I've had BBQ'ed coon one time...........Ate just enough to be polite.

Like most wild game, I'm the end result is dependant on the preparation.

In this case, prep consisted of soaking the damn thing in Budweiser, slathering on some kind of rub mixture and applying fire.

Not one of my favorites but I'd give it another try if prepped and cooked differently.
