I was trying to send a PM a little bit ago and accidentally clicked into my profile page.

Really? 2128 visits? What the hell do you guys think you're going to learn about me? Who keeps clicking on my profile?
Ok, there was that really odd time a little bit ago that Zac's girlfriend (?) GorkaReu kept clicking in there to help Zac with some spying, but what about the rest of you?

Pervs----get a life!

Twin, you do realize of course that all of those views are just Bigunit and Zach checking up on you two or three times each day:klink:

Well, besides Twin's fanboys, there's a real reason for these view (spoiler alert)

These view are generated by search engines, most notably Baidu (China). I've blocked their search engines a few times as I don't see a need for their bots to crawl H4O, especially member profiles as they often do. They'll hit us 25 times in a day vs. Google's 10 times. We've also allowed non-members to see member profiles but I just locked that down. We do like non-members to see threads but I'm not sure that it's beneficial for them to see profiles. We can always change it back if it becomes an issue.

Well ain't that the ****s! Alrock, now you've gone and ruined it for me. Non-member views of my profile are what has propelled me to 7,200. I guess I'm really popular over at other forums where I'm not even a member. I hear that my name is mentioned often. :D I want my non-member views back or else.......:)

You're nicer than I was. I used to block APNIC, AfriNIC, and a big chunk of RIPENIC.

Not sure I'm ready to ban countries or continents. Maybe I should just start with the Florida panhandle?
