Bought some tail light guards off of a forum member and I finally got around to installing them. I did a bit of modification to them first, but I'm not sure if I like it, so I may just get some rattle can bedliner and spray over them.

On to the pics!:

Those look really good. I have never seen those before, who makes them?

I don't know who makes them. I even posted a thread a couple weeks ago asking if anybody knew. lol

I had typically only seen one style of taillight guards, I think they were the real wheels ones. I didn't particularly like them, but these definitely have a good look to them.

i think it would look awesome if the tail lights were tinted a little bit

I agree with this. The 3 would really pop if the tail lights were tinted.

I really wanted a pair of these.. If anyone knows where i could get some.

They look good.

I like the side profile a lot.

As for who made them, that remains a great mystery.

I searched and searched and could find no info on the setI had and subsequently sold.

Mine came from a Weseloh & Sons Chevrolet HUMMER in San Juan Capistrano CA

Their part number was 180415952035

Manufacturer instructions showed part number 4230ST and that was it.

Never saw them anywhere else but thier inventory sell-off via eBay.

BTW: Thank you Shawn for the install PDF. I'm sure my buyer will appreciate the hell out of it.
