He is a bleeding heart liberal.

I am... not. So of course I was required to post an alternate view to his one-sided, anti-everything that I enjoy view.

It's not like I need him for a kidney or anything (we already know that his cells are not a match for mine.)

Don't feel bad. My oldest daughter went off to school and then met and married a liberal. She is ruined as far as clear thinking. I can only hope she will come around.

I do that all the time. Most recently, countering "you have a right to muskets, not AR-15s" with "you have the right to free speech with a printing press, not the Internet." Needless to say I've unfriended about 20-30 people in the last 6 months due to a drastic rise in stupidity.

It seems interesting to me that it is ok for our current Prez to use other peoples children to try and make his point but it is not ok for others to state an obvious true fact about his kids having 24 hour armed protection. I wonder how many in the cabinet, czars, advisors, white house staff, the House, and the Senate have armed protection or a concealed carry permit. There is probably some obscure law exempting them from the ccp regs. I doubt if any of them could pass the background check.

President Obama's daughters go to a private school with an armed security team from the school of 13. That does not include Secret Service details. Yet Biden/Obama scoffed at the notion of armed guards in schools for your kids. In his 23 gun control proposals he did mention helping schools acquire more "resource" officers if they want them for the schools. Wonder what a "resource" officer is? My guess is that he has some training and a firearm. Must not have been all that bad an idea.

I know liberals that hunt and have assault weapons. Not all liberals are total nut jobs just like not all Repubs or Conservatives are total nut jobs. ( yes Republicans and Conservatives can be two distinctly different subsets ) But hypocrites in either are the worst. Fienstein is saying one thing and doing another. Obama is saying one thing and doing another. If you believe it live it. If not then STFU. For either of those two to talk about banning guns or not having armed school security carries zero weight with me and never will because they don't live it. I would disagree with them even if they did but the fact that they don't live it tells me that they don't even believe in it, at least for their own elitist asses. Guess we all need to go into politics so we can retain our Constitutional and God given rights since many of those in power think those are only reserved for the political class.
