My family, who is in between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, all fared pretty well. Just some localized flooding and loss of power for a few hours.

Nothing this way--we barely even got any rain out of it, which is crazy because we've had massive rain this past summer.
I did get the last two days off of work paid to take care of my family and house to prepare for this.

I had to drive around downtown charleston, sc taking friends home cuz the water was so high no one could drive home.

We have a few LA members but haven't heard of anyone having issues...of course that could mean they are having big issues.

My house had 15" of rain by Tuesday morning. Most streets had been flooded thru Wednesday. My house is high and dry, but I have ben driving my truck due to water (most its been driven in the past year).

The I95 corridor from Miami to Ft Pierce has been flooded. I have some interesting pics from Monday. Good part, we wheeled Saturday, so all the mud and junk is gone form my truck after driving for a few days on soaked roads.

Not as bad as the Gulf states are getting hit.

To bad HOPE vanished with the Hummer brand being dropped by GM. This would be the perfect occasion to put it into effect. Stay safe everyone out there.

Haha no there isn't an offroad one to that. I'm hoping a certain admin here doesn't chime in on this but if he does oh well. But it's a name within a story that my lovely girlfriend gave me. Then said anonymous admin here got on my profile and changed the name there after seeing it from my facebook acct. So in good fun and general humor for everyone here I decided to leave it.

But the name change happened over a month or two ago, your the first to say anything! Props on someone finally noticing!

Btw if said admin does see this post, there better not be a poll up soon about theories of how I got the name. I know my gf said she was gonna ask you to do that not sure if she did or not. Or if your just waiting to surprise me with that! I'll be steadily watching you Mr Admin! Lol
