Hummer is showing its age

Last night my display started chiming and showing a door was open. Just after that the locks starting locking over and over. I hasn't stopped since it started. Any ideas what to check? It's a 08 if that makes a difference.

Common enough that I keep two spares available. Annoying issue with easy, cheap fix. Worth the $15 of inventory

Where can we get the door jam switches from? Because eBay nor Amazon have it.

Would the door jam switch cause the locks to continously lock while driving? Any Write ups on how to change them out?

i had to replace my door jamb switch too. it's super easy.

I was lazy and didn't look before I asked. It's just a single screw. I ordered switches for all 5 doors. Might as well replace them all.

Thanks Alrock. I ordered a couple of spares to keep on hand. I haven't had this problem yet, but I will be prepared.:thumbs:

I've never had this problem but it sounds like I probably will soon if everyone else did. I might order some too
