I'm 24 years of age so skys the limit now with "Black Petty". I want to make this all black so if you have any suggestions let me know!

To start with, cover your chrome with "plasti-deep". You can find allot of good info about how to apply it here on the forum. You can also "plasti-deep" your wheels, but if finance allows, I would go with powder coating.
