New Hummer owner and new to the forum. Have been a jeep owner for many years and just converted to the H3. So far I'm very happy. Attached is a pic the day I got it a couple weeks ago. Since then I have leveled with the torsion adjustment, added window vents and just ordered a touchscreen stereo/Bluetooth/DVD player for it today. I am a funeral director living in sw Michigan and my absolute love and passion is boating. We spend our summers on our boat in South Haven. Married with no kids (yet) and 2 labs. There's the long and short of it!! :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1355083387.908431.jpg

Welcome to H4O. Nice looking 3 except for the color.

What are your plans for the H3? Street use, light off roads or trails? On the trails out here in California those steps (nerf bars) wouldn't last very long.

Maybe you can explain why Jeep owners seem to despise Hummers so much?

I will be using mostly street with some light off road occasionally. I have to be honest, we don't have a lot of Hummers around here. Fairly rare to pass one on the road. I had NO idea people hated them until I bought mine and started looking around! So unfortunately I can't shed much light on that subject. I really don't understand why people can't just enjoy what they drive and shut the hell up. It has amazed me how much hummer hatred I've seen online. Bottom line, I LOVE me H3 so far and couldn't possibly care less what people think about it!! :)
