H4o.co - additional domain name

[alrock]

We just purchased h4o.co (yes, not .com as that's not available) and you can use it as a shortcut to get to the forum. Could be helpful on mobile browsers, etc so you don't have to type as much. It's not a fully capable substitutions for the full URL and we haven't determined how we're going to use it yet, but I think it's a pretty cool addition.

It would be cool if we can just sub h4o.co in for the longer URL or if we set up URL shortening for sharing links but I'm not sure how to do that yet - a bit beyond my skills. Get me a TRS-80 and BASIC and I'll build you a Christmas tree on the screen

Awesome! That's a much nicer amount of characters to type.

Plenty of scripts for it. Could make it http://h40.co/m/abc123

Thanks, guess I need to do some reading. The bigger challenge might be how to implement it within the vBulletin software.

Neat idea. Great for when I log onto H4O from computers I don't already have it bookmarked on

Maybe other name could be HummerOffroaders to lead to the site so we could be HOmies? Eitherwise, thanks for doing it as it is a lot easier to type
