Had my h3 for less than a year, what a heartbreaking trip it's been so far. Exploded the tailshaft housing two months after I purchased it. Bought a rebuilt one from a chain store (got a steep discount, knew someone who worked there). Five months later, coming back from Illinois, stopped for fuel and transfer case locked itself in 4 lo and won't come out.Not true, when I have it out, it will shift manually great. I'm thinking tccm. Hoping someone on here can help point me in the right direction. Sunk way too much into this thing already, just want it back on the road.

Welcome to H4O! You may want to post up this troubleshooting question in the H3 section as I think you'll get more hits there. First thing I'd look at is stuck 4WD buttons on the dash. And why do you think TCCM vs. encoder motor? (But let's continue this in the H3 section)
