i remember a couple months ago my dad told me about this! i was like dang! that guy must have know about the exploit in the two sides not knowing who employed him!
sorry guys this is an urban myth that has been around for a while... but this sort of does happen here in Miami... guys charge for parking at empty lots late at night near nightclubs then split when they've made a little cash and leave the cars at the mercy of tow trucks...
