Did not fix the issue so much as found a work around, but either way, I know have a working key fob and TPMS back. I know a few people have had this issue, and it is caused by the BCM. What exactly with the BCM, I don't know. Some people have had antenna issues, others water intrusion which they were able to clean it up and get it working again. Others, like me, it just quit with no apparent cause. What I did was replace the PCM, BCM, and radio all from an identically optioned, same model year donor. I really don't know how exact the options have to be, but I would say if you can get an exact match would be your best bet. The radio is only necessary if it's a factory with Theftlock. If you lock it out, as far as I know the only cure is a trip to the dealer, so I'd swap the radio to be safe. Couple of things to keep in mind. The mileage will be that of the donor. The VIN during a scan will also be that of the donor. If you get brave, or mess up powering it up before both the PCM and BCM and installed, your mileage will be the higher of the PCM or BCM. If the BCM is higher, your odometer will not work until the truck catches up to that number.
Hope this helps someone else out that has tried everything else.
