Federal Signal 100W Speaker

Found a loud speaker downrange and installed it today with just stuff laying around. I grab some RCA cable and head phone jack and plug it into the CB, pretty loud and simple to get working.:thumbs:

Hey by any chance does anyone know what will happen if I my horn to this speaker? My buddy has this set up with the box and mic, on the box has a button that says Horn and sends out a pretty loud buzz noise when you tap it. Will the same signal come from me steering wheel to the speaker?

No. It will not. It is a normal voice coil speaker rated at 100w.

These speakers are great for sirens on emergency vehicles. I will be installing probably two of them into my rig. I will use Whelen brand, as my head unit for the sirens and emergency lights will also be Whelen.
