ugh, I have such a hard time liking jeeps because of that whole "you wouldn't understand" thing. it's really stupid. even when I had a cherokee, the wrangler crowd looked down us. man i'll wheel with anyone that likes to be outside, don't care what you drive. do a SAS on a honda accord, I don't care.

that's awesome. tell you what, when I'm a millionaire and I have a few grand to waste, I'll SAS a honda... let's make it an odyssey, because why not.

There was a similar decal on my Jeep when I bought it. I didn't notice it at first, but at the first gas stop on the way home, it was promptly removed. They're right....I don't understand.

I used to take my Odyssey offroad all the time in Arizona.

I was about 30 miles from nothing on a 'service road' if you can call it that and came upon 2 lifted jeeps and a lifted F350. They looked at me like "WTF mate?" I just looked back and waved. Ahhh good times.

I actually got pushed towards Hummers because they were the offroad crowd that didn't care I was driving a minivan. I knew my car and it's limits and drove it as such. I couldn't go everywhere the 4x4s went, but I could go far enough AND carry enough beer and hot dogs for everyone :p

Decals like that invite stupid people to screw with your rig. I will not own a jeep unless there is no other viable option. Their attitudes over the past few years have soured me on them forever.

I UNDERSTAND THE 'JEEP THING', AND THAT WHY I DRIVE A HUMMER...

i think i saw some pictures in another thread. i think that's radical. i was out in the hills and some woman took her minivan to go shooting. she made it pretty far back... not as far as I did, but still.... pretty far :) back when I was into camaros, I got into a discussion with someone on a forum about building a minivan. i thought it was be pretty cool to supercharge the v6 in the odyssey and swap in a 6 speed.

Ahh my favorite phrase! Sadly I lost most of the pics when my computer crashed just after freshman year of college (lost a ton of really helpful engineering programs too). The ones that survived are in my build thread.

I'll see what else I can dig up, I think I still have a few hard drives from back then floating around somewhere.

My friend and I off roaded his Honda accord all the time, you would be amazed how well it did! We have taken that thing on trails I've taken the hummer on! We have had the front tire off the ground luckily for him the tcs system kicks in at like 0 rpm so it really helps when you have a wheel off the ground! Ill try and dig up some pics I know I took some because it was soo awesome!!
