Changing the Cabin Air Filter?

I'm sort of getting a musty smell with the A/C on, so I am thinking it might be time to change the cabin filter...

I did some snooping, and...some folks say the 3 doesn't have a cabin air filter, others say it is under the glove box. So, uhh... :huh:

If it does exist, how might I change it?

If it doesn't exist, what might be causing the must A/C?

Cabin filter doesn't exist in the H3.

There's a spray you can use to help get rid of the bacteria that has formed in the ducts.

Don't remember but any decent AC place should be able to tell you.

The spray is called Frigi Fresh. The cause could be condensate build-up on the evaporator core. Has been a recuring for quite a while on GM vehicles.

Thanks Big! I have been having the same thing but just lived with it.

One of the ways to avoid it happening is by always using the air recirculation button in conjunction with the AC. It helps quite a bit to avoid the condensation from accumulating.
