Saw it the other day. But also said it may go to the Supreme Court and get shot down. Hopefully it doesn't

Shall issue state. According to the court. Even in OC!

Mike

Was talking about when you applied before. Now you can use the guy that shot up your street and had two people in the trunk when they finally caught him on the 395 for a reason

I hope it goes thru...it would be nice to finally be able to upgrade the wife's pepper-spray for her USP .45 Compact.

CA will appeal and lose but it could take a couple of years. Even after they lose they will put up roadblocks to a CCW.

Good news. They also tried to use "but you can open carry..." as justification as to why they're allowed to deny CCW permits, but they removed that too. Hopefully it turns around eventually, I know there are more than a few cases going right now through CGF.

OC was doing pretty good until the bitch was installed.

Whats up with Kalifornia and their ant-gun laws?
This is America !!!
Here in Florida, Guns are a way of life.
Target shooting is actually therapeutic.
Kalifornia is expensive to live, you got that extra Tax you pay, over-populated, etc.

Only good things about Kaliornia is legal Weed and year round perfect weather, zero humidity.

Some of you should think about relocating to Nevada, Arizona or Texas!

We've got a whole bunch of academics that think they can fix the world and a whole bunch of scaredy cats who are afraid of it; neither gives a **** about your rights unless it's your freedom to be non-conservative or non-normal. The state is awesome; weather, geography, etc. The people are screwed up in the head; politics, taxes, etc.

Ft. Lauderdale and So. Florida sucks.
I'm selling my investments and moving north to Volusia County.
Rude Latin immigrants, transients and pushy NY people live here.
Living here is not all that ... No middle class.
I lived in the SF Valley of LA from 1989 to 95 and liked it, but never owned a Gun back then.
So Cal is pretty nice if you can deal with all the other BS like state income taxes, crazy liberals and the Media industry in LA.

I agree with Recon. I don't ever see myself moving back "home" to Nazifornia. In PA the most difficult part of getting a "License to Carry" is finding parking at the court house to see the Sheriff. :)

For the people who think the "legal weed" is worth it, they still have issues because states legalize it is not the final straw. People are still getting drama from "federal law" and employers. The only people it really benefits is those that don't have jobs as it is.

With the wife's established career, and both of her parents and mine here also, moving not a possibility. If it were, I'd be going to Texas or Arizona, third New Mexico. Maybe Utah, but it gets too cold :)
