It was a great event. Lots of older veterans. One guy, name is actually Buck Wheat, got his Silver Star certificate from WWII. He had never received it. I did notice quite a number of the guys checking out my BS spare tire cover. Hearing the list of these servicemen that had passed away in the last year brought home the fact that America's Greatest Generation is dying off very quickly. If you get the chance spend time with these guys. They deserve the attention and you will be fascinated.
