Biggest I ever caught was a 309# Marlin out of Rancho Buena Vista about 20 years ago. I have an old color photo of it somewhere.

Yeah it was in color but back before the days of digital cameras. I am not quite old enough to have drawn it on the cave wall with charcoal. LOL

Biggest fish I ever caught was a 45 lb King Salmon. I don't have a picture as I was 12, nd there were no digital cameras. The only pic is mom's album. Biggest one I was there for was my brother's 180 lb halibut. It was 5' 10" long. He got the tail mounted. It was pretty cool. Again, pre-digital age.

I was in Puerto Vallarta a few weeks ago and caught a skip jack that had to be at least 6 ounces. I didn't take a picture.

A tail mount? Now there's a new one for me...

Yeah, they do that with big halibut. Some other fish, too, I think. It was kind of cool. It is a little over a foot across all fanned out. This is not his, but this is what they look like.

Peacock Bass caught from my back yard. Not the biggest fish I've ever caught, but I don't have any other pics handy.

For the record, I've shaved and cut my hair since that pic.

This my personal best black rockfish (21" caught in Depoe Bay, OR during Father's Day weekend). I would have gotten a better pic, but we were pre-fishing for a tournament the following morning and I wanted to get her back in.
