Hello Fellow Hummer Fans,

My 2006 Hummer H3 still going strong and reaching 470,000 Miles ( Round trip to the moon) I was wondering if any one has same mileage as my Hummer, and How long Hummer should last. Hoping GM hear this and help support my hummer.

Thanks,
HummerHead

still have my 06, only have a little over 50,000 miles on it. Paints faded and it's pretty rusty but gets us to the beach and back.

Wow 50K, How often you use your lil humvee, mine was every day use with freeway mileage, I did off road once when it was new to test it.

I drive it 3 or 4 times a week but hardly ever go more than about 10 miles. I have a 2000 C5 that only has 8K miles bought new 26 years ago. the secret is having 4 to 5 vehicles, I'm down to 4 now. Your truck looks great I always liked the Yellow.

I'm somewhere over 200k on mine. I plan on doing a full off-frame restoration starting this year, but I need to get the engine in my daughter's '05 Beetle rebuilt first, and make sure I can get another car so that my twin girls have access to a vehicle by the end of the year. Removing the body is going to be interesting when I don't have a post lift, but I have some ideas.

Thanks for the comment, some people call it is a school bus and a friend of mine called it the “Blue Angel “ certified, because one of the crew likes it when I took a picture next to the F18 during “Fleet Week “ couple years ago.

Yes, I really love my H3, The first time it came out and displayed at the Silicon Valley Hummer Dealership, I fell in love with with this and I came baack the next day I bought it. My son grew up with this. One time I went to Costco and someone got interested and like to buy it to me.

Damn, someone has me beat. Im at 429k. And all on a single minor engine modification.
The secret is keeping it lubricated, all joints, bearings, and engine. Keeping it proper maintenance ( Oil Change/ 7500K or 3mo.)and Tune ups and keeping exterior and interior spot cleane, the paint on the H3 still in good condition it never fade even the coating.
