That's a Limited Edition color. Sort of a powder blue metallic color if memory serves. Here's an example:

You're in my neighborhood! Weather's bad today. Be careful on the roads. It's the first snow of any significance we've had this year and seems like a lot of people forgot how to drive in it.

I have never seen one with the wrap on the passenger side that looks like a fence?:shifty:
I would say that is some pretty shiny paint, like you said a virgin, to pin-stripping anyway. Oh striping.
