    Little help please

Shall I dare ask? Are you still trying to use the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? Since the absolutely suck, and allow for inconsistent connection of the main harness, they too can cause your issue. If you still have them, get rid of them and replace with a quality aftermarket set.

    One thing after another🤬

What's with the multiple duplicate threads? Maybe keeping it all in ONE Thread would be a good idea?????????????

    What have I gotten into?

LS swaps into I5s are a PIA, more trouble than they are worth IMHO. Good luck

    2008 h3 alpha fan clutch

Say what? There are several Efan kits made for the H3, buy the right one and it will move plenty of air sufficient to cool a Cam Swapped Alpha with AT.

    2008 h3 alpha fan clutch

I hear ya. Efans are not free to power, but they are when they are not running. Like all Winter long up North... What they do is free up power that the OEM fan sucks up all the time the engine is turning and more so when hot. That is why nearly all new trucks have Efans. When I used to...

    Exhausted

I have never seen a broken Alpha Exhaust Manifold. What almost always does happen is one of the bolts fastening the Exhaust Manifold to the head breaks off (possibly more than one can break off) and then the manifold does not seal completely. Easy fixes available for that, no replacement...

    Electric Cooling Fan Conversion

Here is the bad news.... CSF Radiators are Chinese trash. I went through two of them on my old 07, both leakers. The first one lasted all of about 4-5 months then started dripping from where the cooling tubes were welded to the side tank in the back. Got that one replaced under the CSF...

    Motor replacement options....

Thought I would just run down the initial complaint/problem list... 1-oil pressure warning lights: can be fixed, usually the sender or harness to it, but can be more complicated electrical issue. Oil pumps and pick-up seals do not last forever. 2-random misfires: happens often, usually can...

Hummer H3 Owners: Pull The Airbag Fuse Before You Go Off-Road

Does your 06 have the optional side curtain air bags? It is not about impacting anything, it is about the axis roll sensor believing the vehicle is about to roll that triggers deployment. Think of off camber quick movement even when not close to a true rollover situation. Like one side tires...

    06 H3 - adding oil pressure sensor

You pulled the plug holding the bypass valve to add your Oil Pressure Gauge. Did you leave the bypass valve in place? BTW the plug is metric, not SAE.

    12fuse blowing

The buttons are NOT a four wheel drive system. H3s are always in AWD/4X4. They are Transfer Case Control buttons. Did you recently get your H3 in deep water, like maybe stuck in deep water for a bit? If so, you may have fried your Transfer Case Actuator (T Case Actuator) or shorted its...

Quick help needed! Dead battery, replaced nothing!

Quick help needed! Dead battery, replaced nothing!

Your good Battery is defective, When your key is stuck in the ignition that is GM's way of telling you your battery is dead = 11.9V or less. Open the back tailgate door, look between the bumper and chassis/frame for the wire going to the License Plate light, they are known to rub through the...

Is it possible to install a 4l80 transmission in my 07 H-3 with the 3.7 engine?

A 4L60E can be built for 1,000 HP and has in drag applications, that is significantly more than a mild LS motor. It is all a matter of how much do you want to spend to abuse it. ;) The best way is to sell your I5 and buy an Alpha, then mod that.
