I'd be up for running Pritchett, depending on the condition of the truck, and how much confidence I feel:wink: Again, once we get there, Im sure we will be tempted to stay the whole week

Looks like I'll actually see you this time (aside from stopping at my house for parts that is!)

I can even park at the trailhead and walk it if need be. I just wanna watch, you guys are probably the only near stock vehicles that can run that trail.

I've been watching vids of pritchett that last few days & in most of them there are some pretty stock-ish vehicles in the background. Seems like there are go arounds to many things there (not all) I'm willing to give it a try, Hopefully we can get a crew that's up for it before I take off! I've got no problem backing out if I'm wrong, tail firmly planted between legs... but I'm always game for a challenge!:thumbs:

Pritchett & Behind the rocks show the same rating as a base (7), but the high end of pritchett is a 10, where behind the rocks is an 8... might explain why pritchett is so intimidating! There's sure plenty of sketchy tippy crap in there!!!

Well... I don't have 1/2 shafts anymore... so I'm pretty much unbreakable then... right???:no: The Jeep dealer told me I was invincible... I'm pretty sure that's a fact....

If I have a 4:1, f&r lockers, took off my rack and ran my spare in the trunk and walked it the day before I might lol.

oh I know I won't regret it. but being 23 years old, living on my own, just having bought my truck a month ago brings up some difficulties. Also I work M-F graveyards from 1800-0600 (6pm -6am), getting coverage for my shifts is dificult. I'm not even sure if I am going to be able to get Thanksgiving off or not. so I shall see what I can do.

LOL I wish I had your priorities - Just Do It.

Weird, I asked the jeep guys and they said that nothing ever breaks, and they're as reliable as a honda accord!:wink:

I'll be putting my tentative foot in the water for this trip . We'll be moving back down to SoCal after the 1st o the year and if all goes well then hopefully we can make this trip.

This trip fits into my schedule much better then last spring. These dates are right after my spring break. I'm not 100% on my schedule for next year, but i highly doubt i will have any test conflicts. Mark me down as a hard maybe from March 31st until wednesday April 3rd. Also if anyone goes out early, i may show up saturday for some early wheeling or just w/e. But it is depending on when i get back to Colorado

I'm also a maybe. I just have to figure out how to get the H3 out there without having to drive it all the way. I don't mind the drive. I just don't want to wear out the IROKs driving on so much road. Also, if I know I can trailer the H3 back home, it will allow me to test it out better without being scared of being stuck out there too long. If I can get a rental trailer I should be able to come out.

Man, I'd love to drive out there from NC. However, I'd be the group bummer by wanting to take sissy trails so I can make it back home. The older I get, the more I enjoy the scenery and backcountry more than conquering a rock.
