About a year ago I created a fitness program for the PD which I called the Fit to Fight program which was high intensity training that simulated combat stress related to the job..
The gym I use to work for liked the concept and we worked out a plan to have it set up for ur average joe or hardcore inthusiast and built a training section of the gym to meet my specs called the training zone.
Because this is only a part time gig we have brought in some cross fit trainers to assist in the gyms profit and use of the room...
Classes are picking up and I have made a promo video to help sell myself.. I would love y'alls input on the video before its officially posted on there website...

Very good video. My only thought would be to shorten the opening credits in order to grab the viewer's attention right away, as they take up 0:31 before the pics get rolling. Looks like a great concept and program! Good luck with your endeavor.

Ohh I agree 100% It is set up to start the pics with the song!! If I could figure out how to cut some of the song at the front... I think YouTube has an edit so I will see if I can fix it there

Seems less like a promo video and more like a picture slide show. Doesn't promote you like you deserve.

-Shorter is good. Blurry and repeat shots don't give a positive reflection. Pick out prime shots and distill. Most people won't sit through a 5 minute slideshow, even with good music.
-Text should be easily readable. Your intro and certification list at the beginning is difficult to read. Maybe a yellow vs. gold for the text?
-If possible, you want action video and explanations of what you're doing or providing. Adding content will keep your audience enthralled longer and highlight your expertise. Sell the dynamic movement and real-world fitness benefits compared to a standard 24-hour Fitness setup.
