This is odd

So when I use my key fob to unlock the car the h3 doesn't start I know it's the pcm however when I don't use the key fob and manually unlock the truck it starts right up, is this still a pcm tune problem or a key fob problem?

Has anyone else experienced this key fob problem?

Never had that issue. Doubt the FOB would have any impact on the start issue. ( Unless it is somehow not disabling a security system.

It's very weird as soon as I start hitting the key fob buttons to unlock the doors I have to wait ten minutes for the system to reset itself when I don't use the fob it works perfectly do you know if I should still do a pcm tune in it or not?

Did you have the PCM retuned to eliminate the Passlock?
