Word from Mike @ Tustin is that it indeed is a matter with the cooling loop. Hopefully the truck should be done in a weeks time from today.

You get lots of experience quickly with an H1. I have a passenger rear brake caliper on order and have my reclining seats and lateral crossmember modification kit to be installed along with general trail readiness check to be done. Hope there is time and all my other crap falls into place.
