I have owned my 03' Deuce and it has been my daily driver since Jan 2004. It has had some options added over the years but nothing like the past two weeks. It just received a 6" Fab Tech lift which mounted perfect and rides fantastic!
IMG_20130701_084108_590.jpg Before IMG_20130705_145828_941-1.jpg After MassiaH2 second coming!!! This name comes from my Son and his friends who always call me to come save them when they are stuck and no one can get them out.

As you can see it allowed me to make a huge physical change to the look by running these aggressive
Nitto 38" x 15.50 x 18" Mud Grapplerson 18 x 10" Moto MO961 blacked out. IMG_20130705_151412_024.jpg The tires do not rub around town at all and stick out almost 5" from side of truck which is the look I was looking for. I have NO intentions of adding fender flares or reducing the tires from sticking out. This truck never sees any rocks, mostly water and mud when we are trail riding or at a pit. I removed all the stock running boards and Nerf bars and installed AMP Power Steps IMG_20130711_160913_753.jpg which so far are fantastic for use and looks. IMG_20130706_091637_427.jpg I believe it makes it look taller when retracted and does not take away from the tires aggressive look. Time will tell how they hold up in the mud but I am prepared and willing to deal with that problem if it arises.I have to add an over ride off switch so i do not put them in use when it is buried or swamped. (I forgot :shame:)

Inside I replaced the stock radio with a pioneer touch screen head unit, upgraded antenna, integrated all the headrest Tv's - Bluetooth - On Star and a back up camera all into the new system which is awesome. It is great to talk hands free and have everything blue tooth compatible to my phone or any other device. There is also now in my center glove box a wire for connecting an iTouch or MP3, etc...
IMG_20130711_154818_518.jpg IMG_20130711_154739_240.jpg A new USB port too for connecting anything else or charging which is a cool feature. I also replaced my original auxiliary light switches which were kinds cheap and flimsy and installed with stickers by the dealer. Since PIAA already had relays built in I did not actual need a big powerful switch and went with 4 lit up bullet rocker switches with lights which I mounted up top IMG_20130711_154711_214.jpgthe center consul which looks like they belong there. I needed three but added an extra for expansion of additional lighting just in case...LOL (might use that as my step disconnect)

I would like to thank everyone in the forum for their input and previous post that assisted me in making some decisions that I believe paid off. I Love the look and the ride and could not be happier with the way it is coming along.

I hope to add a few items to the roof rack, like a shovel, Ax, crossbow, and custom cooler made from military gas cans. I hope also to get a winch and change the gears but it is not high on the list right now. Thank for looking at my rig!!!

Side note - I contacted GOBI about some rust on my ladder and top Rack brackets... after TEN years and no receipt or anything they said -"send back anything you like, we will sand blast and re powder coat it for FREE" I just have to pay shipping. I am going to do that but wanted to give them a plug for going far above what they should for a customer with their product.

Nice mods. I'm planning to lift my H2 as well and get a nerf bar. I really like your AMP Power Steps but I'm on a tight budget so I might just look for other alternative.

I will say this about the AMP Power Steps. they were ridiculously expensive (about $1,800 installed) but i must say worth it. They were on my wish list for years and knew when I lifted it I had to add that to the budget. I actually waited on the lift to be able to do everything at once. Besides function, i really like the look of NO ROCK RAILS or side steps. I think MessiaH2 looks stockier and higher with these steps tucked away.

Couple other things came into play for you to consider. When you install the lift you will be forced to have new rims with offset or (BS) back spacing because the stock 17" rims you have do not have enough clearance for the new arms. I was going to do the lift then tires and rims later -NO GO!!! so i had to save for everything at once which was a bitch to tell you the truth... but worth it!!! I LOVE the way it drives and handles. I am going to a 40" tire when I finally need to replace these new 38's. LOL It can easily handle it clearance wise and I have not even wrenched on the suspension any yet to get it higher. I am also going to be changing gears hopefully this winter and adding a winch.

Feel free to ask me any questions about lifting it because i did a boat load of research before I did this build. More then happy to share!! LARRY

Carlossi - I also have the rails I took off if you need them in this picture. IMG_20130526_120707_839.jpg I also have the nerf steps too I think, if I can find where my son put them. Mine were the upgraded ones with the package that was on the truck.
