Yes SMA is out of business but Predator still offers some of there items (like winch mount and brush guard).

They made some nice stuff and you still see some of it come up for sale. 08 SolarflareH3 is correct. Predator bought the remaining inventory and designs for the SMA products. They do still make some of the items but don't keep a lot in inventory.
