Here is what Rancho Engineering sent me regarding replacement bushings for their lift kit. Pretty nice of them to get back with me on this!

[FONT=&amp]We heard back from Daystar, and they still make the diff bushings. You’ll need to call Daystar directly (1-800-595-7659) with the Daystar part #

Rancho # Description Supplier Part #
RS520039-1 Upper Bushing, Front Differential Daystar #M02387
RS520039-2 Lower Bushing, Front Differential Daystar #M02388

Matthew,
Thanks for your inquiry. Rancho suspension system RS6558B has been discontinued. However, see the information below from Engineering.

RS520041 Bushing – Aft Brace RS520041 – Summit and others
RS520039-1 Upper Bushing, Front Differential Daystar M02387 - check with Daystar or try http://www.valleyspringservice.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=223
RS520039-2 Lower Bushing, Front Differential Daystar M02388 – check with Daystar. I sent them an email, but have not heard back yet
RS545 End Links RS978 ( 2 bushing kit)- Summit and others
RS520044 Lower Control Arm ( in crossmember) OE or Moog K200155 (must be installed with Loctite 680 retaining compound)

Leaf springs – varies, see below:
We went through a few revisions and manufactures, and left the bushing up to the manufacturer. These came pre-installed form the supplier, but they are all OE GM OR bushings.

Newer springs use RB172 both ends.
If it is an older revision it could be a RB117, or RB231 / RB172

The only difference is the press fit diameter, so he would have to measure that.

Very helpful! Regular maintenance will be required as the Rancho kits age. Thanks for the detail!

Awesome info, thanks!

1 question

For the sway bar mounts- Is the two parts numbers front and rear or is one individual bushing and the second a two bushing kit?

Thanks,
Spencer
