Does anyone know what is the correct part number for H3 2007 windshield? I found these two part numbers 24300057 (for $100) and 15900257 (for $600). When asking the local SoCal dealerships they sell the 15900257 which is of course the expensive one. When asking the dealership about 24300057 they either can't find it or say it's for exported cars! The AcDelco website only sells the 15900257. I have searched at least ten GM parts websites and half of them say 24300057 fits my car (and 15900257 fits the 2009-2010) and the other half say 15900257 fits my car. In one website it says 24300057 is tinted and 15900257 is not. I need new windshield and don't want aftermarket and would rather buy the GM windshield and have someone install it. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

just go to a glass shop, a lot less headaches and if it leaks you're covered
i had to replace my windshield when i got mine,, the tinted one was cheaper,, go figure that one out

My suggestion is to just go to your local glass shop and get a windshield installed by them. I had a shop fix a small chip I had, and I asked what was the price was for a new windshield installed and what brand? It was around $325-$350 installed and the brand would be either Carlite or PGW. Just depends on who had stock at the time.

Crack both your rear windows an inch before you take it in. Just in case you get a newbie installer and he closes the door while the urethane is still 'wet'. It could cause a pinhole somewhere and leak air, water ...or both.

part of it's availability. this tiny glass cost 50% more than my Sierra did a couple months prior, and it's because the GMC windshields were a dime a dozen in comparison. Safelite did the Hummer for $300 & we've been happy with the install. blue fade on top as well.
