OK so the bad news, my left upper ball joint bolt is broken for reasons that won't be told second my 2 of my wheel spacer would not line up for anything so the 2 front tires are sticking out and the rears are normal and last the rear leaf hangers are damn near touching the frame. On a better note she's in drive just need to put all the under plates back on. So on a side note I notice when the T is in the air the front brake lines seem they are going to snap if I keep them bolted on the upper control so what to do?

Some photos

Regarding your rear leaf hangers,...is your rear end sagging? The springs on Rancho's are notorious for sagging. I think 06h3's were hitting his frame at one point. You know how many miles the lift kit had when you bought it? That could be the issue.

I believe he went SOA with his stock leafs.

I un-clipped my front brake lines as well, haven't had any issue with them so far.

As for the rear leaf's that's the sag that I got as well with the Rancho kit and I fixed it with an AAL, but to be honest since you already have the OEM leaf spring I wouldn't bother with the AAL and would go straight to the SOA since its nearly the same cost!

Other wise looking good!

Yea the old timer I thought didn't have a problem with the SOA didn't want to weld with the fuel tank in so for the time being sagging springs will do. So with the front rack new bracket the steering is tight as hell but I think I need to jack up the fron end and the burp the system. Now with my wheel spacers I have MAYBE a half of inch of thread on the bolts and I feel that just isnt safe. Am I just over reacting or what? For the rears I think I misaligned the threads and I can fix that. I'll take pictures later on what im talking about but all in all I'm happy just need to button a few things.

With the front brake line I seen a photo with the bracket bolted under the arm so I'm good there.

I am told that as long as a bolt is threaded flush with the top edge of a nut it has 100% of the strength it will ever have (not sure if this is true or not)... So an inch and a half of thread sounds all right but I guess I would have too see what your talking about before I felt 100% confident in saying that

No it's just 1/2" max of thread from the spacer block to the wheel.
