Maybe it will hide all the oil covered parts:shame:This truck needs a lot of deferred maintenance once i get it home.The trans needs to be dropped to change the rear main seal, Distributor o-ring,valve cover gasket,rebuild and regear the front and rear ends just to name a few things.

Ah yes....the ole "sway bar behind the track bar thing". I think I'm going to have to do something similar on my H3. The box & pitman is right in the way for using the stock sway bar mounting position. I was picturing something like this in my head...but your photos look better than what I was thinkin. I hadn't thought about hooking the links onto the control arms. Nice.

Bebe and i have been known to push the limits of the available parts for are trucks.We have also been fortunate to have shops that are willing to do just that.
We took the cruiser to Binksfab for a front bumper almost a year ago.It took off from there with him designing and prototyping everything you see here.With something like this you need to be open minded and "patient":gaah:
He now has a full line of products to sell to the public and we have a bad ass cruiser.Win Win for everyone.:thumbs:
Just be clear this was not free we supplied all the parts and paid for materials.

Toyota axles have excellent after market support.They can easily be built to handle large tires.
No worries
The rear axle is a full float with a 9.5 ring gear.When rebuilt it will have 5.29 gears,ARB locker and chrom-moly axles.
The front axle is a 8"high pinion it will also get 5.29 gears,ARB locker and longfield birfields/axles.

I think that will do it. I'm running stock 44's now on my 79 Chief, and I'm debating building them up as you have described, or building some J20 axles (HD D44, and D60 FF) instead. I have a J20 lined up. We'll see.
