I have owned my cherry 2006 Hummer H3 since I move to Alaska from Florida in 2010. I did nothing to it until recently when I realized that there was nothing else out there that I liked better. Book value was about $17,000 and I only owed $8,000. I have always wanted to kick it up a notch, so I have re-invested some of my equity. Here is what I have done so far this month:

Dealer Engine Work
Garmin Map Update
OEM Nerf Bars
Full Detail w/ Paint Buff
Windshield Replacement
Prep for Leveling (Bilstein 5100 Extended Shocks & Trail Duty Bump Stops Purchased)
315-75R16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tires Installed on Stock Wheels
OEM Wheel Locks
OEM Rooftop Cargo Rails
Auto Ax License Plate Frames
Curt Cargo Rack
HID Nation Headlight Kit
Custom Spare Tire Cover
Personalized AK License Plate (HUMRH3)
AntennaX 13" Off-Road Antenna
Daystar Dash Organizer
Steelcraft Tail Light Guards
K&N Performance Filter

Coming soon:

JET Performance Tuner
K&N Series 57 Cold Air Kit
Iron Bull Winch Bumper w/ Bull Bar
Warn 12500 LB Winch

She is already looking awesome with the new 35's and NERF Bars.......can't wait to finish the rest. Any suggestions for additional improvements?

Here is what she looked like in August of 2010......new pic to follow soon!

Welcome to the orum. Be sure to take the nerf bars off when you leave the pavement.

Welcome from Co. Also, I agree. Nerf bars could cause you more problems when wheelin then they are worth. Maybe once you really start wheelin more or harder trails, look into a set of rock rails and UCP. These are a very good investment and worth the money.
