Thanks for the suggestion but I'm not a fricken rich yuppy.
I have enough money tree for the small block. That's why I'm sticking to it.Well. I hate to say it but you had better have a money tree if plan ANY motor swap other than a stock one-for-one replacement.
Small block...$5,000
Big block.....$7,000
Cummins 4b....$10,000
Duramax......$15,000
Pratt & Whitney jet engine.....$100,000
GM 6.2 Diesel....$10
Rich yuppie or not, hot-rodders have always lived by a very simple code:
SPEED IS JUST A QUESTION OF MONEY...HOW FAST DO YOU WANT TO GO?
You got to pay to play.
Thanks man, I wish I had the cash for a massive swap but I'm a half broke dude.Dollar for dollar...the small block Chevy was...is...and always will be, the most bang for the buck. It's small, lightweight, cheap, and makes huge power for its size. Modern electronics makes things more complicated but it can be done...ask Squeaky!
OK so I found a 6l and fell in love lolololololol oops I'm going to do this right and hot rod it.
