I received 2 of the lights that I am using for my roof rack today from usps. They are anzo rugged led off road lights in the 4" size. I havent decided whether i want to use a 20" bar in the center or use piaa lights. I havent wired them up yet since I wanted to wire all of the roof rack lights to the same switch. Ill post some pictures of the light output once i get the center light(s) on.

There a video of the anzo lights being put through a stress test on YouTube and they feel pretty durable

a question i have though about the wiring harness is can i just cut the connector off the end and wire them together? the connectors look the same as the rigid ones. it looks like its just a positive and negative wire so i dont see why i couldnt.

Yes, you could wire them all together. Just make sure you are using a large enough gauge wire to the lights but if all are LEDs it shouldn't be much of an issue.

I would wire up those lights, at least temporarily, and make sure they have the performance you are seeking. While specs are not everything, their webpage suggests the 4" light produces 480 lumens and the 10" produces 1000 lumens. For comparision the Rigid lights produce 1580 and 3950 lumens each - 3x-4x the output. The little Rigid D2s at 3"x3" produce 2600 lumens. Judging by the specs you may not be getting a lot of light but I don't know anything else about those lights so I cannot speak for their performance.

For your style rack I think it would look good with larger round lights, perhaps HIDs. If budget is a concern you'll get a lot of performance out of HIDs vs. the bigger bucks for LEDs. The lights on LagunaH1's truck, or Cotilo's, would look great on your truck. Even though I just added some LEDs to my truck I'm still going to rock the old school KCs for the foreseeable future.

what is the amp draw on each light? How many do you want to run together?
I can help you figure out what size wire to run if you are going to piggyback them all. Keep in mind, if you do run 2,3,4 lights together, you may have to add a relay vs running them independant. you can fit 6 wires down each A pillar if you have them flat AND tape them to the A pillar befor eyou put the cover back on. this will keep them flat (tight) aginast the A pillar and from rattling down the hwy.

Also, I have seen a few people running those lights. before you go into routing wires, blast them with a hose in a "steam" pattern. Make sure they do not leak or get condensation in them!!!! nothing worse than spending money on the LED bars and than getting moisture and/ or fishbowls in them. I don;t want to be negative on these lights (they looks nice) but I have seen this brand LED bar with leaks. ...just want you to be covered is all!!!!
